Frequently asked questions
Which EV charger should I choose?
It depends on your vehicle, tariff and how you park. We are specialist installers of Ohme and Evec units – both integrate with off-peak tariffs like Octopus Go – and we will recommend the right model at your free site survey.
Do I need to tell my electricity network operator?
EV charge point installations require notification to the Distribution Network Operator. We handle the DNO notification as part of every installation.
Can I get a charger without off-street parking?
A home charge point needs a safe, permitted cable route – typically a driveway or private parking space. We can advise on what is feasible at your property during the survey.
